The return of Khomeini and the rise of an Islamic Republic led then, in a few years, the sinking of those dreams of freedom: Iran is simply gone from a dictatorship to a monarchical dictatorship of religion. and bloody, because how can we forget the unnecessary war with neighboring Iraq?
