Mount And Blade Warband Divorce

Trofie swordfish and eggplant sauce with olives and cherry tomatoes


After the party my daughter that I had the audacity to organize at home with predictable consequences (pizzas and sandwiches anywhere, glasses paper scattered here and there) but with the reward of happiness of Clare, I have a quiet Saturday.

cook after spending your time and have carefully chosen ingredients.
For 2 persons:
2 slices of swordfish about 3 ounces
a handful of olives
a small black eggplant tomatoes
type piccadilly
pepper to taste white wine
garlic salt
extra virgin olive oil to taste
trofie about 2 ounces
chop in the swordfish cubes (meat sauce), heat the oil with a clove of garlic and a little chilli and fry the swordfish, after 1-2 minutes then deglaze with white wine and add the chopped in small cubes melnzane too small.
Let simmer for a few minutes with the lid and add chopped tomatoes, sliced \u200b\u200band seeded, add the olives continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes and turn off.
Cook trofie, al dente drain and wipe briefly in the pan with the sauce.
Serve with chopped fresh basil.
