My husband, Fabio, says that the pictures do not describe the dishes .... the purpose of the blog is fun and at the same time keep a diary, pictures are a complement!
black rice or brown rice Venus is a very aromatic flavor that goes well with seafood: the fishmonger had now only cuttlefish, shrimp and clams.
And so I made this simple sauce with tomatoes, white wine, fish stock and herbs and I dressed black rice previously boiled.
Venus Rice is cultivated in China (but now also in the Po Valley) and was apparently much appreciated by the emperors for its aphrodisiac properties.
We have combined a Sicilian wine made of grapes and chardonnay inzolia.
