Colours Of Shag Bands ..

The wonders of Tuscia

I should change the title of the blog because I would like to add some of the walks at the weekend that my husband and I organize with the kids.

Often we go to the area of \u200b\u200bViterbo. Near Rome offers many interesting places to visit historical and archaeological sites (this is the land of the Etruscans), landscape and even food !

On May 1, avoiding the hordes of "forced" the festival (to be clear: those who never go anywhere but do not give up the picnic beans and pecorino cheese), we headed to the beech dei Monti Cimini Soriano.

The beech is an amazing ancient wood of beech (but not!?) Left to its natural cycle as they explain the many signs.

not very frequent, if not by the people of the area, has a fairy-tale charm: children are fascinated as well as adults: to get to the top of the path is marked and easy, from the car park go up in about 20 minutes in baby steps!!

The square of the car park also houses a restaurant and bar. We have a lot of fun to imagine stories and admire nature, we have eaten a nice lunch sitting on our picnic blanket spread out on a beautiful meadow buttercup yellow (see photo).

Attractions.
