Forced home by the time, what else to do but a simple tart? Simple but rich in flavor, with tart flavors such as plum jam that made my mother and rejoiced that our snacks.
The pastry is soft, quick to make, sometimes the cuttings are used to make biscuits or lick their fingers when it is raw .... is a real treat for me at least!
I do: I
300 grams of flour to butter
150 150
sugar 1 egg 2 egg
the grated rind of one lemon untreated
a pinch of salt
everything is mixed very quickly, taking care to soak the flour well with the softened butter and then add the eggs and flavorings.
The pastry should not be processed very short, you should not warm up too.
is laid out in a baking dish well with butter and jam splama favorite (mine is that of blueberries), with the cuts forming the characteristic lattice.
