Wedding Seating Chart Round Tables

I'm back here. After
have been a long weekend in a tent to enjoy our three children the adventure of camping, I go back to cooking!
I bought the book "Cooked and eaten" by Benedetta Parodi, that smiling peeps from many libraries. I've never seen his famous book that inspired the collection, but while I was as usual by Feltrinelli in to stock up on books, I read a few pages.
I must say that the simplicity and speed of some recipe created for the family has really hit and thus compose the platters (sandwiches for lunch only) and hope that even my picky son will be more intrigued:

Bucatini rustic, a kind bucatini all'amatricina simplified and sent in the oven some time to grill.
breaded chicken breast with french fries: fine strips of chicken breast breaded very well in 2-3 handfuls of crushed potato chips and then go a few minutes in hot oven and salt. (Excellent !!!!! ate incredibly well the child as defined above).
carrot cake: 400 grams of minced carrots, 1 cup vegetable oil, 300g of flour, 300 grams of sugar, three eggs, 1 packet of yeast, a pinch of salt: after having beaten eggs and sugar, add flour, carrots, baking powder, pinch of salt. Away in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes (watch the carrots tend to maintain as the dough very soft after 10 minutes I recommend to lower the temperature slightly the oven and continue cooking until the toothpick test).
